Research proposals should be prepared and submitted in accord with the Application Guide for the Office of Science Financial Assistance Program. The guide also explains the proposal review process. (SBIR) and Small Business Technology
Transfer (STTR) Programs:

objectives of these programs
include increasing private sector
commercialization of technology

federally funded research for
economic and social benefits to

high-quality research and
