VISIT THE DOE OFFICE OF SCIENCE BOOTH
AT THE AAAS ANNUAL MEETING
IN CHICAGO, FEBRUARY 13-15, 2009 |
Dear Colleagues:
The Department of Energy’s Office of Science is hosting a booth at the 2009 Annual Meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), February 13 – 15, 2009 in Chicago and we invite people in the area to visit us.
The booth will highlight the Office of Science’s program offices, scientific user facilities, national laboratories, and its support of scientists at research universities nationwide. The booth will be staffed by DOE Laboratory scientists and Office of Science staff offering information about DOE-supported research and funding opportunities.
The 2009 AAAS Annual Meeting will be located in the Riverside Center Exhibit Hall of the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Exhibit hall hours are Friday, February 13 from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, February 14 from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; and Sunday, February 15 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are Family Science Days. The Office of Science booth will be located in booths #1307-1313. Please stop by to learn about the Office of Science’s many programs and initiatives.
